CHORALE: A POETRY ANTHOLOGY

Please join us on Tuesday, May 23 at 6:15pm for a special poetry reading of Chorale: A Poetry Anthology.

Chorale is a poetry anthology that includes work from 10 Maine poets. Poets whose work is included in the anthology and who will be reading at this event are Martin Steingesser, Judy Tierney, Dr. Mary Dowd, Alan Harawitz, Sarah Hyde, Bill Gregory, Melissa Mirarchi, and Deb Pfeffer.

"Chorale had its beginning ground in 2016 with two grants for a series of poetry workshops in one of the Maine Arts Commission's Creative Aging programs - myself recipient of the grants as the Teaching Artist. We subsequently changed the workshop group into an independent poetry one (no longer funded by the grants) and myself now an equal member of the group." - Martin Steingesser
