Community Event: Hospice of Southern Maine's 2023 Thresholds Conference

Hospice of Southern Maine's 2023 Thresholds Conference, “Dying Matters: conversations about end of life and the emotional honesty that follows” is designed to educate care givers and providers on what to expect at the end of life and how to navigate the journey that follows. The conference will be held both in-person at USM’s Hannaford Hall and via Zoom from 9:00am-2:00pm, Tuesday, May 23, 2023. 

We are thrilled to be joined by speakers, Dr. Martha Jo Atkins, and author/podcaster Nora McInerny, who will present on their own experiences of grief and participate in facilitated Q&A sessions.  HSM's annual Thresholds Conference unites families, friends, healthcare professionals, and caregivers in meaningful conversations about end of life.  To learn more about the event and to register, click  here.
