Community Event: Hospice of Southern Maine's Thresholds Conference

Hospice of Southern Maine's 2022 Thresholds Conference aims to broaden the mindset surrounding grief by helping people understand that while grief is universal, it is highly individualized, and no two people grieve alike. The conference will be held on Zoom from 1:00-3:30, Tuesday, May 10. 

We are thrilled to be joined by speakers, Elizabeth Gilbert, author of Eat, Pray, Love, and Michelle Zauner, author of Crying in H Mart, who will present on their own experiences of grief, and participate in facilitated Q&A sessions.

HSM's annual Thresholds Conference unites families, friends, healthcare professionals, and caregivers in meaningful conversations about end of life.
